IPhone Next is a concept about the next
generation of Apple IPhone. It’s characterized by the chance to
change its dimensions using it opened or closed.
Display is composed
by two oled screens using loads of shape memory alloy. They are
rolled inside the case when the phone is in closed configuration.
When you touch the
display, the icon selected comes forward in the close-up display
allowing the multi layer effect. Display changes his illumination in
according to the different light conditions so every information is
always well visible.
The motion is
allowed by two thin bars with three pivots,
two at the extremes of them and one in the middle and the functioning
is by a compass system (pantograph system). When it is closed the
bars are positioned in the apposite grooves.
